Understanding visits

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits, referring sources, approximate countries, browsers and devices, and actions such as viewing a placement or starting checkout. Vercel uses a daily visitor hash rather than analytics cookies. We do not send your name, email, artwork, card details or bid reference in these analytics events.

Campaign labels from shared links are kept in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes and attached to a checkout so we can understand which posts bring sponsors. We remove query strings and URL fragments from analytics page addresses. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this optional tracking.

Payments and sponsorships

Stripe processes payments. FIRST WOD stores the brand, placement, bid amount, payment references, payment status and checkout email needed to manage sponsorships and refunds. We store one conversion record per successful placement payment, including campaign labels when tracking is permitted. Rejected or unpaid checkouts are not counted as sponsor conversions. Payment records are kept separately from anonymous visit analytics.

A signed, secure bidder cookie connects you to your checkout and payment status. This functional cookie is needed for bidding and lasts up to 30 days. We do not use session recordings or advertising pixels.
